Everyone is entitled to these rights, without discrimination. It is almost like Nazi Germany where people were encouraged to report their neighbors. They use apps like NEXTDOOR to silence people they disagree with.
If you love your dogs, your privacy, and your right to pursue happiness, Woodside Park or Park County is not dog friendly and we have been terrorized by people around us while the county allowed it to happen to save face from their "rogue animal control terrorists". Many Socialist Communists are "invading" the mountains to get away from the terror their anti American children are instilling on their communities. Now they come to the mountains to escape and "repeat" it. Setting up "apps" such as NEXTDOOR where only they are allowed free speech. They use these sites to "report" their neighbors for stupid things like wind chimes that are too loud, or cats and dogs roaming the streets, yet it is OK for them to take the law into their own hands by trespassing on your property. They condemn others for doing things when they do things that are far more devious and dishonest. Do not move here if you believe in free speech, and think you will be protected under the laws.

A PLACE LIKE WASHINGTON WHERE THE JUDICIAL SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN WEAPONIZED AGAINST ANY PERSON WHO DISAGREES WITH THESE PEOPLE MOVING IN. They say "the pen is mightier than the sword" so it is our hope that telling our side of the story on this website is our only recourse because a Park County Judge and Prosecutor denied us our right to "illegally obtained videos" so that we could prosecute the video taker for "malicious prosecution", stalking, harassment, and criminal trespassing. Since we do not believe in violence or criminal trespassing like our neighbor was allowed to do to us, we tell our story here until the socialist like our neighbor and those running apps like NEXTDOOR censor the truth as they do there. Park County protected a criminal trespasser and left us to live in fear. That is not how the justice system is supposed to work. This is the only way to tell our side since many of the "commuists" moving to the mountains control neighborhood apps like NEXTDOOR, FACEBOOK, TWITTER AND THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA. NEXTDOOR.COM censors anything they do not like. These people hate the truth. They want you to believe it is all "Kumbaya" here in the mountains but in reality the socialist moving here are censoring free speech and terrorizing their neighbors. If you value traditional American values like honesty, integrity, and decency, Park County or Woodside in not a good place to move.

SHE WAS ABLE TO LIE LIKE HER POLITICAL PARTY TO CREATE A "DEEP STATE" BY LYING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AND USING THE SYSTEM TO MALIOUSLY PROSECUTE PEOPLE SHE DOESN'T LIKE. THEY DESTROY EVERYTHING GOOD THAT THEY TOUCH!
Ever since this woman moved in she has become what we call the "dog Nazi" of Woodside Park Neighborhood. We have witnessed her trespassing on our property several times with her dogs on our property. I also witnessed her drive her ATV up our neighbor's driveway and stand up on it to look into our yard. This all started shortly after she moved in and we were wrongfully blamed for an "incident" that happened to a neighbor's dog. The neighbor always tethered their 5 pound dog on a clothes line in their unfenced yard. The dog had no way of defending itself against the many predator's in the neighborhood. No dog house to hide.
The woman shown in the photo that was publicly posted on their FB page stormed over to our home many times before beginning her illegal trespassing expeditions onto our property. She told me on one occasion she was going to "cost me a lot of money" in fines. Why? Because she blamed our dogs for barking when our neighbor behind who is the "victim" services specialist in Park County dog's were barking and roaming the streets, barking in our dogs faces from their side of the fence. The woman pictured above, told us we should put shock collars on our dogs, or debark them. How would this person like to be muzzled, shocked, and or have their vocal cords "ripped out". Anybody who would do this to a dog, should never own a dog. People like this believe it is OK to "criminally trespass" onto any body's property and threaten to cost them money. Where is the justice for our dogs? Why is it OK for children to run around making noise, provoking dogs to bark. Who will protect dogs from the people like this woman and former Park County animal CONTROL terrorist? We believe these are the kind of people who protest and trespass on people's property they do not like, screaming all night and say they are protected by the first amendment, yet they want to torture dogs into silence for just being a dog. People whose dogs bark are not criminals. Dogs should be allowed to be dogs. People like this who promote the torture and mutilation of dogs should never be allowed to own a dog. Will people like this be advocating that owners of barking dogs have them euthanized next? Our dogs have only gotten outside our fenced yard one time in 12 years we have lived here and they were wrongly accused of doing something by a "questionable" source. The one time they got us was because someone let them out, not us. This woman should never own any animals in my opinion. Debarking and shocking dogs is cruel, yet this nasty woman has no problem using these types of tortures on dogs just for doing what dogs do. If you hate dogs and animals that much that you would torture them just for barking in the mountains, you don't belong here and you certainly should never be allowed to own any dogs.
The woman pictured above took the law into her own hands by illegally trespassing onto our property with her dogs to "provoke" our dogs to bark while someone illegally videotaped into our yard. We witnessed her doing these things. The former Park County Animal control "terrorist" came to our home to write us a ticket. She told us she wrote the ticket based on 7 videos supplied to her. Why illegally obtained videos? The reason is because she could not get 3 neighbors to sign a complaint. She came to our house to issue us a ticket for barking dogs, not based on observation, but on illegally obtained video from her friend, our neighbor who has been allowed to terrorize us for 6 years. When asked for the videos in an email, I was told I could have them. Then I am guessing when the judge, and Park County Prosecutor realized what their former animal control "terrorist" officer had done was "malicious prosecution", they refused me the evidence I requested via email and by "motion of discovery". The "stalker's" friend and next door neighbor, retired law enforcement officer is good friends with with the "dog nazi". Perhaps he had some hand in getting her "off the hook" for her criminal activity? The ticket was predated from the time they came.
To be even more malicious, if that is possible, the former Park County animal control terrorist lied and portrayed my husband in her report as being some sort of monster, saying he looked like he was going to go over the fence at them. One problem with that lie by former Park County Animal control Terrorist was that my husband had just had several toes amputated. He had heard the dogs barking behind us and had to get up to call our dogs in when he saw our neighbor's dogs, who were running loose on our fence barking in our dog's faces. He was also using a "walker" as he was unable to walk on his own. How does a person using a walker, who just had his toes amputated attempt to "jump the fence"? It should be evident that the former Park County Animal control terrorist, was on a mission to help her friend, our criminally trespassing/stalking neighbor fulfill her wish "to cost us money" by malicious prosecution. After all, the "stalker" couldn't get the three signatures of our neighbors to sign a complaint for barking dogs. Perhaps because they were guilty of it and also allowing their dogs to run rampant on our fence to provoke our contained dogs. You could be a victim of the Park County judicial system who allowed their paid workers to maliciously prosecute us for crimes we did not commit.
One previous neighbor who lived next door to her told me about his experience with her. He said he heard his dogs barking and when he went outside he found her standing in front of his dogs on the other side of the fence. He said he asked her what she was doing and he said she told him she was "conditioning his dogs not to bark". He told me he told her a that she wasn't "conditioning" them, rather, she was provoking them to bark and then told her a few choice words and told her to leave. This seems to be a pattern with this woman. How many other dog owners has she terrorized while provoking dogs to bark? I would never trespass on someone's property. Normal people do not do things like she has done to her neighbors. As more and more of these liberals move up to the mountains because they ruined their towns, they will continue to stalk, harass, and terrorize the people and dogs of Woodside. I do not believe someone who would have every dog in Woodside wearing "shock" collars simply for barking like dogs, should never be allowed to own animals.
On several occasions I brought the retired law enforcement officer's small poodle or terrier? home when I found it roaming around with a soaked diaper that probably weighed half of what the dog weighed because I was afraid a predator would get it. On several occasions, I brought the neighbor who tethered their 5 lb. dog on a clothesline golden retriever home when I found it in the middle of the street at night because I didn't want it to be hit by a car. On another occasion we helped the neighbor who works at victim's services get their roaming dog out of our culvert. All these people are friends and some work for the county. We believe in order to cover up their lies they had to make us look like the irresponsible dog owners while they were trying to protect the county and neighbor from their criminal malicious prosecution of us. This is the standard Ammo of the liberals who are moving here to regulate and maliously prosecute those whose political opinions differ from us. This is exactly what they have done to our President for the last four years.
As the former Park County Animal control Terrorist stood there with the ticket, her deputy noted she heard barking coming from behind our house and not our dogs. I explained that it wasn't our dogs that were barking. She agreed with me but the former Park County Animal terrorist., wouldn't hear it.
It became obvious to me that the woman in the photo above was unable to get 3 neighbors to complain about our dogs barking so she took to her criminal trespassing activities while friending the former Park County Animal control Terrorist. I have an email from the neighbors behind us stating that our dogs were not a nuisance. Personally, we did not have any issues with our neighbor's dogs running loose and barking because you can't even hear the dogs when you are in the house. I wonder how the "dog nazi" can possible hear dogs barking from across and down the street unless she has some sort of device that "blasts" outside noises into her house for "spying" on her neighbors?
Why was the ticket predated? Why did the deputy comment on hearing dogs barking behind us? Because she was honest unlike the former Park County Animal Control Terrorist.
Two weeks after the ticket was issued because I was asking for the videos and they knew this was "malicious prosecution" and my neighbor had illegally trespassed on our property in order to file false police reports because as she was tresspassing with her dogs she was "illegally provoking" them to bark. Two weeks after the ticket was written the woman pictured in the photo above got her friend to write an email stating our dogs barked when they walked by our house. Well, every dog in the neighborhood bark at me when I walk in front their house. This was a last ditch attempt by the former Park County Animal Terrorist to try to cover up her "malicious prosecution" of us based on lies and criminally obtained videos. Submitting emails two weeks after a ticket was issued to use as evidence?
WHAT REALLY HAPPENED?
FORMER PARK COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL TERRORIST LIED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE PHOTO BELOW SHOWS HOW WE HAD TO PUT UP BARRIERS WHEN WE KEPT SEEING THE CRIMINALLY TRESPASSING, STALKING, NEIGHBOR ABOVE ON OUR PROPERTY. THERE WAS NO WAY THE FORMER PARK COUNTY ANIMAL TERRORIST, COULD HAVE "OBSERVED" OUR DOGS BARKING THE DAY SHE WROTE THE TICKET WHEN SHE TOLD US THAT SHE USED THE VIDEOS WHILE GIVING US A TICKET. She changed her story after the ticket was written.
I was told I could have the videos until the county, the judge, and the prosecutor had to have realized that their Animal Control Terrorist wrote a ticket based on criminally obtained video. There was no way she could have observed our dogs. No possible way without trespassing and looking over the top of the barriers while provoking them. They allowed her to "maliciously prosecute" an innocent person instead of protecting us from a neighbor we reported for criminal trespassing, threatening to "cost us money" and telling us about her magnum .357.

Park County Victim's services dogs barking in our dogs faces while roaming. Keep in mind, I really don't care if dogs bark or roam but when this person refuses to speak up when they know we are being "maliciously prosecuted" by their employer and to "protect" their liberal friend, it is disgusting. Funny how someone who is supposed to help "victims" allows their friend to victimize others. It just shows how little regard people have for the truth.

The fact that the prosecutor was allowed to "cover up" for this malicious prosecution by their former Animal Control Terrorist, has caused us immense stress. My husband has had several amputations and we live in fear of our trespassing neighbor because Park County would not prosecute her for her activities. We have been terrorized by authorities who covered up for this woman. We would never think to trespass on any body's property, especially to "provoke" and make false police reports.
As more and more of these "liberal" hypocrites move into Woodside and Park County, this will become more prevalent. Just as they riot in the streets and burn down homes, these liberals will do anything to persecute those they disagree with. We just wanted to live in peace in the mountains but this woman has been allowed to terrorize us and our dogs, making us live like prisoners. Victim Services would not do anything and my poor husband had to get up after having amputation so he could hear if the dogs were barking and bring them in, causing him much pain and suffering. How can a woman who lives across and down the street be bothered by dogs barking that we can't even hear from inside our home?
WE PAID MORE THAN A THOUSAND DOLLARS IN VET BILLS BECAUSE OF BECAUSE OF OUR NEIGHBORS DOGS TRESPASSING ON OUR PROPERTY AND FENCE FIGHTING WITH OUR DOGS AND WE NEVER ONCE REPORTED THEM. WE DIDN'T WANT TO CREATE TROUBLE, UNLIKE THE "WITCH OF WOODSIDE".
This was pure and evil malicious prosecution by a very nasty woman.
DO YOU HAVE RAT PROBLEMS?
Oh yes, these liberals moving in like this woman and her friend the retired cop's family have horses. Horse feed bring with it rodents. So these hypocritical liberals moving in persecuting those they simple don't like get to bring in "rats" with them to infest our neighborhood. They are allowed to let their horses poop in the road and create all kinds of problems for their neighbors. This is what is waiting for you if when moving to Woodside and Park County. In true liberal style these people will destroy other people and their property because of their "hate" for those that disagree with them.
In closing, we have been trying to "get out" of Woodside and all the new liberal hypocrites moving in who only want to hurt those they disagree with, man or beast. We believe Woodside and Park County is becoming a liberal bastion and a terrible place to live. It has been a real struggle with so many health issues to live in peace. Former Park County Animal Control Terrorist really had no concern for the animals, but was a very malicious, mean, tormentor of dogs and humans. If you love your dogs, Woodside Park and Park County is not a place you want to live, especially with the viscous dog Nazis running around "terrorizing" their neighbors.
We were denied our right to defend ourselves from people criminally trespassing on our property with her dogs and video taping our dogs barking while being "provoked". We have been denied our right to restitution from these people for having to put up a six foot privacy fence to keep them from trespassing, provoking our dogs, and malicious prosecution. We have been traumatized by this woman and we should have been able to prosecute her for threats and trespassing. The former Park County Animal Control Terrorist was allowed to lie over and over including her saying she was afraid my husband was going to go over the fence when she came. This of course was a lie as he was in no condition to do anything like that after just having surgery to amputate his toes. She lied over and over to protect her wrong doing. She made us to look like we were a danger when in fact, it was the neighbor who was criminally trespassing on our property who told me she was gonna "cost me a lot of money" and who told me she had a .357 magnum that we felt threatened by. We never threatened anybody or gave anybody any reason to fear us and for the former Park County Animal Control Terrorist to make "disparaging" remarks against us. We have been victimized and our character impugned by allowing remarks such as "irresponsible" to be put in record. Why? Because our dogs were not running loose all the time. We did not allow our dogs to be tied up and let them bark on the neighbor's fences over and over again. We could have reported all these things but we didn't want to. We wanted to get along. We have put up with many things and we are the ones who have been "maliciously prosecuted" while the authorities protected the real danger in our community. They protected a criminal stalker who have made our lives miserable and make us wake up every day hating that we live in Woodside and Park County. We are not the criminals.
How would you feel if your rights were taken away by a lying Animal Control Terrorist Officer and you were wrongfully made to look like you were a threat? It is not right what the county, and our neighbors have been allowed to do. We believe Park County is a dangerous place to live for your health, your happiness because your right to live and enjoy your property can be stolen "just like that" because of a few hateful, mean, evil people don't agree with your political views. These are the kind of anarchists who are burning down buildings, and destroying every one else's right to live free and in peace.

HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU WERE BEING TERRORIZED BY A NEIGHBOR CRIMINALLY TRESPASSING ON YOUR PROPERTY WITH THEIR DOGS IN ORDER TO PROVOKE YOUR DOGS TO BARK SO THEY COULD MAKE FALSE POLICE REPORTS? HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM ALLOWED THEM TO DO IT BECAUSE THEY HAD FRIENDS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT? HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU WORKED ALL YOUR LIFE AND MOVED TO THE MOUNTAINS TO ENJOY WHAT YOU HAD WORKED FOR AND SOME LIBERAL, PERSON WAS ALLOWED TO TERRORIZE YOU? WE BELIEVE THIS IS MALICIOUS PROSECUTION AND IT HAPPENED RIGHT HERE IN PARK COUNTY.
